What data do we collect?

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, time of visit. These are stored in server logs.

To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. Legal basis: entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To provide our services and handle payments. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
To keep the website secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives your data?
Only our staff who need your data for their work can see it. We use technical service providers (website platform, hosting, e-mail) who process data on our behalf under a contract. We do not sell your data. We share data with public authorities only where the law requires it.
What cookies does the website use?
Necessary cookies keep the website working and remember your cookie choice. Third-party cookies (for example for statistics, embedded maps or videos) load only after you give consent in the cookie bar. You can withdraw consent at any time: delete this website's cookies in your browser and the bar will appear again.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep correspondence and enquiries as long as needed to respond and work with you, but no longer than 3 years after our last contact. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires. Server logs are deleted automatically.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at latakko@latakko.lv. We will reply within one month.
Where can you complain?
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate: www.dvi.gov.lv, pasts@dvi.gov.lv.

We may update this policy. The current version applies from 29 September 2026.
